BS pulverizer machine is widely applied in industries, such as medicine, chemical and food, etc., for grinding of dry and fragile materials. Materials with low softening point and big viscosity are not appropriate for this machine.
It is made up of crusher,cyclone separator,pulse dust-evacuator box and blower.It can crush spice and oily material,whose oil content is less than 20%,and it is also suitable for chinese herb with high fiber content.The crushing size is controlled by screen,and continuous production can be achieved under normal temperature.
Working method:
This machine is a high speed running one. It uses fixed plate and the relative motion between the activity hammer, making materials impacted and shredded under effect of centrifugal force.The target material is smashed by the cutting and grinding of high speed knifes, which the figure and size of knifes can be selected in accordance with different material and the size of granules can be acquired by screen changing or speed-regulating.
